Sondra Sparapani, MBA
Asset Strategist | Realtor® & Licensed Auctioneer
S.A.L.E.S. — Sell. Auction. Lease. Exchange. Strategy.
When transitioning a high-value property or liquidating an estate, you shouldn't have to manage a chaotic puzzle of cleanouts, estate liquidators, and multiple disconnected vendors. You need one seamless, elite asset strategist who commands the logistics and maximizes returns from start to finish.
With over two decades of high-stakes market experience, an MBA in Sustainable Business, and professional credentials spanning key East Coast markets, Sondra Sparapani offers an unparalleled, full-circle approach to real estate and asset liquidation. She has been a licensed Realtor® since 2005 (honed in the aggressive Florida market) and initially earned her auctioneer's license in 2010.
Today, Sondra operates as an active Realtor® and bonded Auctioneer on the ground in Virginia, while maintaining an active Florida real estate referral network since 2017. While rooted regionally to serve Virginia and its surrounding states, Sondra’s hybrid asset strategy is built for a broader stage: she is fully equipped and prepared to take her specialized auction services nationwide or execute international assignments for clients anywhere in the world.
The Foundation of a Powerhouse: Logistics, Design, and Strategy
Sondra’s unique capability to manage massive, complex transitions stems from a rich background as a corporate logistics specialist and an elite creative visionary:
Master Logistics & Corporate Operations:
In the 1980s, after training in Portland, Oregon, Sondra was tapped by Ames Department Stores to build their internal corporate travel division from the ground up—managing complex logistical networks, commercial travel, and private aircraft operations across 350 stores. She later brought this elite level of international logistical precision to the private aircraft division of United Technologies and prominent West Coast tour operators.
The Spatial, Design & Culture Edge:
Bringing her talents into visual design, Sondra worked in creative window display for G. Fox & Company before earning her Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut, where she majored in Theater Arts (with a focus in Production Design and Costume Design) and minored in Anthropology. A standout in her department, she managed operations in the Trinity College costume shop for four years and was regularly scouted and sent to Wesleyan University to design and manage costumes for their major productions. This unique intersection of anthropological insight into human culture and intense production training gives her an extraordinary eye for property staging, spatial optimization, lighting, and visual marketing that standard realtors simply cannot replicate.
Advanced Sustainability & Business Acumen:
Armed with an MBA in Sustainable Business, Sondra applies the triple-bottom-line framework of People, Planet, Profit to every project. She analyzes real estate and asset liquidation through a lean lens—expertly reducing overhead, eliminating waste, minimizing carbon footprints during massive cleanouts, and maximizing the financial health of the estate.
The Catalyst: Protecting the Client's Wealth
Sondra’s entry into the auction industry was born out of a personal mission. While downsizing her own large estate in Florida, she experienced firsthand how traditional auctioneers under-valued and under-sold fine assets, costing her significant personal wealth.
Determined to protect others from the same fate, she invested years mastering the rigorous discipline required to earn her auctioneer’s license. Today, she brings that fierce advocacy to her clients, ensuring every piece of personal property and real estate is aggressively and accurately valued to yield maximum return.
A Proven Track Record: Built on Winning
Honed in the ultra-competitive, high-volume markets of St. Augustine, Florida, Sondra mastered the art of negotiation before bringing her business to Virginia in 2017. Her philosophy is built on a track record of winning for her clients. While she treats both buyers and sellers with the utmost dignity and respect, when consigned by a seller, her absolute mandate is to manage, protect, and grow that seller's assets exponentially.
Her versatility spans diverse property types and asset classes:
Real Property at Every Level: High-end luxury properties, premier residential homes, historic estates, raw land, acreage, and farms.
Commercial & Specialized Real Estate:
Commercial businesses, dry cleaners, hotel properties, rental properties, and complex residential/medical retirement developments.
Comprehensive Asset Liquidation:
Transitioning everything from luxury condos and structural real estate to high-end estate contents, art, vehicles, and specialized equipment via live, virtual, and hybrid online auction platforms.
Two Flexible Ways to Partner
The All-In-One Solution:
Work with Sondra directly through United Real Estate Premier, where she serves as your dedicated Realtor®, active Virginia auctioneer, and master transition stager.
The Independent Consultant:
Retain your preferred local real estate agent for the structural sale, and hire Sondra independently to seamlessly manage, stage, and execute an asset and personal property auction alongside them.
From regional downsizers to international relocations, Sondra Sparapani eliminates the friction of major moves, deploying the ultimate S.A.L.E.S. (Sell. Auction. Lease. Exchange. Strategy.) framework to protect your legacy and maximize your asset value.
